This seven night / eight day retreat provides a full programme of yoga connecting the mind, body and the heart and gives you the opportunity to explore what ‘real’ Spain has to offer. You’ll also have the opportunity to savour delicious fresh locally-sourced food, enjoy walks in the wonderful countryside, maybe visit a nearby thermal spa, and enjoy massage and other treatments on location.

During this retreat you’ll experience Heart of Living Yoga helps us lead a peaceful life by living more in our heart centre where we can always find peace. Over the course of the retreat, you will renew your connection to your heart and focus on being loving and gentle to yourself. The retreat will be gentle, you will be invited to take everything at you own pace and level so you can focus on nurturing and appreciating yourself.
Most days will begin with a heart meditation and a gentle yoga flow including breathing exercises, eye yoga and relaxation. The focus will be on treating yourself with kindness, whilst taking care of your body, mind and heart. The pre or post-lunch workshops will be a mixture of activities and discussions to celebrate you, and you’ll learn tips on how to have a better relationship with yourself whilst learning more about the wisdom of yoga. In the afternoon, we will do a soft yoga flow with flowing movements, restorative poses and a longer relaxation to rest and nourish ourselves, body and soul.
The retreat will focus on loving ourselves, celebrating our lives, sharing good practices for our heart, mind and body. It will be soft and joyful, with some free dancing, art, deep rest and all aspects of yoga: meditation, pranayama, chanting, hatha with some light introduction to the sutras.
In addition Alix offers portraits to celebrate your unique beauty, as well as photography guidance and tuition.

The retreat price includes a full programme of yoga, shared accommodation and vegetarian and vegan meals made from fresh, locally sourced produce, from dinner on 20 June up to and including lunch on 27 June.

The schedule for most days will start with heart meditation and yoga followed by breakfast, some free time, a workshop around midday, and final yoga or meditation practise later in the day. There’ll be plenty of free time to relax, explore the area, read or get creative. Here’s what a typical day might look like, but timings may vary.
