How do you prefer to Be active? Whether you enjoy walking, cycling, or prefer to be on the water, we’re sure to have something active that you enjoy.

All of our Be active retreats include at least 3 hours of guided activity each day where you can take some exercise and explore some of the Valley. We’ll be sure to point out to you areas of interest and we may even stop off at one of the local cafe/bars. Whether walking or cycling is something you enjoy on a daily basis, or just once in a while, don’t worry, we can cater to your needs.

If you’re someone who enjoys something a little more exhilarating, then we can arrange for you to go rafting or kayaking down the Rio de Segura, experience karting or climb one of the nearby mountains.

And then there’s the local tennis and padel courts just down the road, and we’ll be happy to supply the rackets and balls. So go on, Be active with us, but remember to take some time out so that you can leave Happy Retreats fully refreshed.
